Zhi Char (Wide Variety Of Dishes in Mandarin)

School went perfectly normal, without Gladys around, since she was sick. F&N for the first two periods somehow gives me this motivation to do my work efficiently and quickly. Seriously, it's like, I shouldn't slack anymore. Maths as well, but still as boring as ever. Very monotonous. As for Recess, the hungry gluttons (Daryll, Jasmine and I) ate this!
That's my SS note card (On a sidenote, such note cards are very beneficial, it's small in size, and based on my opinion, you can absorb pretty much -- but that's if you summarize, I bought one stack of these cards for future revision! Smart ah!?)
Hard-boiled eggs!
Seaweed Chicken and Shredded Chicken Meat! Yummy!
I didn't really pay attention to what this was, because I was too hungry, I guess it's Sweet and Sour Pork/Fish?
Vegetables and Tofu! (I told the hawker 'Tau Pok', LOL!)
Curry Chicken and Potatoes!
-
We were seriously HUNGRY. We weren't satisfied with our meals, especially Jasmine and I, since our stomachs could take SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS. It's also expensive (all this for $9.50). It's not filling and, well, we actually don't mind about the money, but we, in particular, I, were just disappointed because there wasn't a wider variety of food. We'll be waiting for Thursday, where there'll be more food!
-
English and SS Test went smoothly. Maths (a.k.a CL 'B') was BOREDOM, partly fun because we got to wreak havoc and make fun and laugh and just, HAHAHA. There was something super funny that was just hilarious to many of our classmates. This note, given to the teacher who was relieving us, happened to be seriously hilarious. Have you seen anyone write a note, like this:
-
1) Take Attendance
2) Give Out Worksheets
3) Collect Back Worksheets
4) Put it on my desk
5) Thank You
-
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I mean, it's like STEPS & INSTRUCTIONS RIGHT! Then the note was written like some sentence poorly constructed into point forms, with the last point as a appreciative message. LOL, I'm not going to say who wrote this note to the teacher. BYE.
LOL, not yet. No bye, yet. After school, I headed straight home to do my baking and had a really nice nap! Meanwhile baking (baked Blueberry Muffins -- previous post), I cooked some Instant Noodles to fill up my stomach! And here's the sick way I eat my eggs. Not for people who hate eggs. For egg-lovers only, like egg-lovers as in, you DON'T MIND EATING IT RAW. Yes, that's what I did. I ate it... somewhat raw. Here's the video:
-

-
-
-
Yeah, STOP 'EEWING', IT'S DAMN DELICIOUS!
-
It is said that, over a detabe based on the current issue, eating raw eggs is healthy, it boosts your immune system and nothing is altered, in a sense that the heat doesn't 'spoil' your proteins. But apparently, cases reported salmonella caused by eggs, a disease due to contamination. But those cases which reported salmonella are deep in the bookshelves. Eating raw eggs is still healthy! TRY IT!
-
So, I decided I was going to blog earlier than usual since I have two tests coming up tomorrow. Chemistry and Social Studies. I have History test on Thursday, and another History Test on Friady, with Maths Test as well. I thought tests would only 'crowd' around during the Mid Years, or before a term ends. I CAN JUST DIE. Will be off studying! BYE!

Blueberry Muffins & The Daffodils Say, "Ew!"

Blueberry Muffins! (Boo-bearwee muppings)
Some expanded really big, some didn't grow. Overcrowded ah. LOL.
The outcome! OK, Gladys said the food I make looks disgusting but tastes nice. Hope you guys will actually taste how... uh this wonderful blueberry muffin is like.
It looks nice on the outside, wonder how it tastes.
HAHAHA, ONLY FOR BLUEBERRY LOVERS! AND I'M A BLUEBERRY LOVER! I LOVE STRAWBERRIES TOO.
Any ugly version (above) of my blueberry muffin.
A decent blueberry muffin.
That's sauce for you.

Come to think of it, it looks... pale brown. Sick colour? I think.
OK, lah, not bad for today's baking session (solo). Surprisingly I baked this for 45 minutes only! I must say it took quite a short time to do all this. I'm pretty contented with myself! Pity, I'm not doing this for my Practical Exam (which will be on 10th April, SCREAM!), because if I were to do this for my practical exam, I would be rejoicing! Butter cake's so tough! So yes, HERE YOU GO, BLUEBERRY MUFFINS! =D

Marbled Skin, Marble Cake.

We even had an urge to take photos in the morning, just after morning assembly.
Now before you say anything, I KNOW YOU'LL ASSUME I DID THIS. But, I'm very innocent. This is what you get when you sit with Gladys. Plus, I went to sit somewhere else.
Double battery portion. One's supposed to be normal marble cake while the other's really chocolate cake.
Your confectioner.
KENA SAI LOOK!
-
But actually my Mum said it's quite good, my elder brother said I should remove the crispiness because it spoils the cake. My younger brother happily binged trying to suck up to me saying it's the best. Well, I think it's a failure. I don't know now. I feel like I don't have any confidence. It's like, I don't know what I should cook for practical. Blueberry Muffins or Butter Cake. And if I do happen to choose butter cake, I'll flunk because LOOK AT THIS. There's a 75% chance I'll do well for Blueberry Muffins but after today's Practice, I don't know about Butter Cake.
-
All my effort went into this cake, it's the same as (Yes, I'm still sulking) my 5 years' effort worth helping out in IT Club, taking photos for all those boring events and I don't get any award. Seriously, give me an hour to do some soul-searching, when you come back, I'll be crying because of this 'betrayal'. At least, for baking, I can still practise forever, but can you practise IT Club? Hell no! OK, I didn't mean for this post to be for me to sulk about it, so I'll just get back to my point. My point is, after today's practice, my confidence level is LOW. But, that's alright. I'll keep practising and practising, and standing for another 4 hours. That's right. I was in my kitchen for 4 hours, I don't know why I took so long, maybe because I was taking my own sweet time or maybe somehow time just magically went so fast I didn't realize.
-
School was as per normal. I sat next to Bivithara! New Seating Arrangement! English Feature Article and Ms Sim is just the best, OK. She totally made me feel so confident and it's a really good feeling. Biology test 23/30! Highest! Chemistry was revision! CHICKEN POX but, still requires more revision, definitely! PE was fun. LOL, kinda played Volleyball with the usuals. After school, went home, took a short nap, went Hougang to get baking supplies and DOWN TO WORK! SS test tomorrow! GLADYS, GET WELL! I MYSELF IS DOWN WITH A COUGH, sooner or later, I'll be on MC, unfortunately. LOL. Bye everyone!

Time For A Change

LEFT 4 DEAD SO TOTALLY ROCKS! But I kind of hate it, makes me look damn gay screaming after seeing those prancy zombies.
HAHAHA, I kinda startled the witch. But then I ran away, so my teammates shot her down before she got to me. WOOHOO!
SUCK ON THAT, WITCH!
-
Speaking of suck (lame pun), my hair sucks.
I'm thinking of changing a new hairstyle, but I don't know, I'm waiting for 'O' Levels to end so I can grow all that shit out of me. I just realised my face shape's OBLONG. So OBIANG, the name. Speaking of hair...
I'VE A LUMP. Do you think's hair cancer/skin cancer/brain tumour? I'M VERY SCARED OF THIS LUMP! IT'S EVEN OBVIOUS! AND IT'S SERIOUSLY TIME I CHANGE A NEW HAIRSTYLE. Speaking of time...
FINALLY, I'VE GOT MY TIMES PRIVILEGE CARD! Signed up since February! Everday when I get back from home, I would open up the letterbox to see if I've received my membership letter, and only when today, when I don't get to check my letterbox, did my Mother actually receive this letter. I'M FURIOUS!
-
LOL! OK, so today I didn't get to study. I'm a bit disappointed that I wasn't motivated enough to actually head out alone to study, but partly because I was too lazy and I didn't know where to go. Sooo, I just stayed at home. Practically did nothing! Super bored! Was looking through my past photos and once I have LOTS AND LOTS of time, I can show you my fugly photos and all my (some are ex) friends' photos! I'm still in the process of compiling, if it took any quicker, do you think I would still be called a vainpot?
-
Oh ya, Sembawang's A CHEATER BUG! How can one disc be sold so expensive?!!! It's usual price is $35? WHAT THE HELL? Please lah! People would be stupid enough to actually spend this much on a disc, they don't even know elsewhere, it's actually selling the same price as the discounted the price you bought. Which means, in other words, Sembawang doubles the price of a certain CD, and claims there's a 50% discount, which means, technically speaking, THERE'S NO PROMOTION. LAME! But, on a sidenote, I still want to buy Twilight DVD! I'm collecting the series! AND I STILL CAN'T WAIT FOR NEW MOON & REC 2.
-
After Sembawang, went to Cold Storage to finally get my ingredients! I bought lots and lots of ingredients worth $165! That's RETARDED, but I'll be off to practising for my practical. I'm never going to flunk this year. So for dinner, we had Satays at Lau Par Sat, damn sian. LOL! School tomorrow! BORING. 2.4 km run, I'm thinking of buying glucose-infused drinks. Yeahhh. Other than that, the weekends are over and I'm damn tired now. Good night!

Botak Toy Poodle

For Dinner was... Botak Joneses'
CAJUN CHICKEN! Personally, I thought the meat was all dried up, but I liked the outer layer, the fries was exceptionally tasty, the Baked Cheese Potato is still the best, the best since I've tasted it during Nurul's chalet! Overall, a wonderful dinner experience.

Aiden's got a new hair-cut!
It's so damn poodle-lish but I like it!
Soooo, tuition was cancelled. My day went smoothly, dinner was Botak's Jones, one hour without any electricity was er, kind of boring, since I lay on the sofa for the first half an hour and I went to shit during the next half an hour, after that, I resorted to using the laptop even though I didn't know what to do. Overall,, weekends are almost over because tomorrow's the last day. Still thinking of whether to study or not. I'm thinking CHANGI AIRPORT! Oh oh, IT'S NAZRINA'S BIRTHDAY TOMORROW (in 1 minute's time actually!)

Earth Hour

You've probably seen this poster for a gazillion times, and if I've been influential enough, I hope I'll do a great deed by making you switch off your lights for just ONE HOUR. That's all it takes. Just know that there are so many many things you can do. For one, you can take a walk. For two, you can sleep throughout that hour. You can play the piano, which would be really serene. I bet you guys are creative enough to know what to do during that one hour, you can even have your special time! Just 8.30 pm - 9.30 pm. I'll be looking through your window to see if you've switched off your lights. Note that it's not just the lights you can contribute to, you can switch off the computers, switch off TVs, radios, heaters, washing machines, refrigerators, switch off the chargers, so many more. Do your part -- for the Earth!

Baking Session #2

Banana Muffins & Cheese Cookies! @ My Crib!
The ingredients, a start for our cooking adventure!
Doing the grated cheese, manually.
Whose hand is it? LOL, kneading the dough.
Insight on the cheesy mixture.

The guys do the job!
LOL! Some romance fling thing going on.
"Don't touch my boyfriend, Eugene, you blurdy gay!"
Walks off to cry...
Eugene still oblivious to the current 'aura', still kneading his dough. Yes, that's his hand.
Now that's freaky.

Jasmine, our photographer. Also part of the baking team. LOL.

Down Syndromal Flour.

Now pop them in the oven!
Our cheese cookies!
We weren't supposed to add the chocolate chips, but uh, we still did.

Banana Muffins in the making.
The batter for Banana Muffins.
While waiting...
MY TOY POODLE AIDEN!

So yes, we were already baking by peak hour, so after most of the muffins and cookies were baked fresh and hot, Gladys and Daryll took some of them, while I finished up with the baking for the rest of the cookies and muffins. It was a pleasant experience, a wonderful practice, I guess.
SUPER EXHAUSTED, we did this for 4 hours ++. Pretty much considered another two failures. 3 Failures in total. Hopefully, we could do better as a team. HAHAHA! Upcoming baking sessions ahead, definitely! BYE EVERYONE!
